If you really think a nuclear bomb being dropped on Seattle would slow the rise of Amazon, you obviously have no understanding of the typical buyer of AMZN at $130. He/she would simply conclude that the resulting loss of workers would reduce "marketing expenses" for Amazon, thus vastly improving profitability when it finally arrives ten or twenty years down the road.

You really should take more care in your analysis.
