Your math is not quite right but I can see where you are coming from. after the IPO 1,000,000 shares issued KI will have 6.5 million shares. If the market maker charges are reasonable they will net between $4-5 million less expenses. KAHI estimated they would gain about $1 million in value for their holdings or +$.06 cents per share. I do not know what KAHI' debt structure is like, but the do have some liabilities. Even if KI shares are worth the $9 million they are not owned free and clear. If the current price $.05 of KAHI is fair then the stock should still double in value after the IPO: $.05 + $.06 but the 10 K filings are supposed to be out soon then we can see what the experts say.
