Rs<I predict that at least 3 million new shares will go into float...> How in the hell can anyone make a prediction in this frenzy? Simple, Jim. Read the 8-K for the two new acquisitions. AMZN has agreed to register all of the shares used to purchase PlanetAll and Junglee, within 45 and 90 days of closing, respectively. That's 2.5 million shares, right? Add in some insider and VC investor selling and a 3 million share increase in the float seems an easy target. Not that it matters.
