BT Alex Brown is one of the worst supporting their stocks. Many of them will decline on the news. Alex is known for purchasing their stock on the open market before the upgrade and selling it to retail. Most every firm does this but Alex Brown is the worst. The clients stock buys never hit the open market. No support, no reason to follow their advice.
