Andeveron, in response to your post . . .

"Formerly restricted shares are not being released into the market. Look for the float to increase by another million or two within a month."

How does the float increase by that many shares in such a short period of time, if restricted shares are not involved? Do they not have to file any paperwork in order to do this? Or has something been going on behind the scenes?

"Phase 2 is touted as being a trigger for upward price movement. Given that interest in PNLK is next to nil from the overall marketplace, it will have little to no effect on the stock price. OTC is a bad place to be when the market is mildly bearish."

I certainly agree that interest is next to nil. What do you think will ignite the fire . . . media blitz, release of client numbers, or do you think that it might take an announcement regarding potential strategic partners to light the fire?

Would appreciate your thoughts.

"Price will be stable at $1 over the next couple of days as price is propped up."

What/who is doing the "propping"? My assesment of the market depth is that the ask prices seem to be considerably above the trade price.
With respect to market cap, on the one hand I would agree with you, otoh, look at YHOO, GCTY et al.

Comments?

I like your theory but I like the positive ones as well both seems to make sense. I guess that's why they call it speculation. BUT, could somebody explain to me how do you increase the float without restricted shares if all shares outside the float are restricted ??? (This is what I understand is going on at this time with PNLK) Maybe I got it wrong ! Could somebody clarify the situation. How many shares all together, how many in the float, and how many restricted ???? AND if restricted shares are being sold, don't they have to file some kind of forms prior to the sale ??? And if they are filing, where do you get that kind of info ???
And why do you (Andeveron) stick around this thread ? Would you have an invested interest ? (Just fair and honest question...)

Thank You...
Vincent....
