What I heard wasn't that any motion had been quashed, but that the Christensen camp was pleased with the way the hearing had gone.

"Quashed Deposition" means that Mountain Energy had requested depositions from John Christensen.
Christensen tried to block (quash) giving any depositions to Mountain Energy. Court said "NO" to the motion
to quash (block). So now Christensen will have to talk.
