Seems to be the burden of proof is on yourselves to expose the promotion not on the longs. John's table was not enough. Give us more. Dig into that 20AF for fiscal year '96. I've spent some time there tonite. Halimi was paid the paltry sum of 60K in 94, 95 & 96. He received no stock options in 94 & 96 and did get a total of 500K & 200K in 95 & 97. Think I saw at year end 96 officers and directors controlled only 753K of 4.0mill options. I'm certainly willing to respect your point of view if you'd expend enuf effort to earn it. What might I have said that is ridiculous...maybe i'm dense? I am as or more devoted to the truth as you. I don't appreciate being characterized as a liar. It's about more than money. I believe your disgust has more to do with you than myself. I'll let you hold it if that's what you're into.
