D@mn, Frank. That kind of stuff gets old fast. Give it a break.
(And NO, I'm not a "Dusty Supporter".) I'm a MIDL stockholder on his lunch break trying to catch up with news, etc, Not the ol' Frank Fontaine BS

Frank, I have no opposition to your quoting me but please get the facts straight, At NO time did I tell any one to buy at a particular price. Please see below or go and re-read the post.

<<My advice is FORGET it! They think you are crazy and their eyes glaze over in boredom. WAIT till it is at $100 on the "P" and the common at $10 then tell them and they will drag
out their checkbooks>

Most people reading this would see it was done with tongue in cheek humor and second they could see that I suggested waiting till the stock hit $100 on the preferred before even telling them about it. That too was intended as tongue in cheek humor. However, NO WHERE does it say to buy at any particular given price; your ignorance is showing.

As to being a crazy; it turns out I was crazy and foolish. Yes, I too had great faith in this company at one time; based on the information available to me. I was wrong and I fully admit to the fact. Do I blame others for my ignorance? No Way!

However, I have vowed to myself that I will do all in my power to see others do not end up in the same predicament.

If memory serves me correctly, I had lots of company at the time. All of us who held shares in Midland were bullish and excited about the possibilities; based on what what we were able to find out.

My trading account information is available to the proper authorities should they care to check them. I am sorry to disappoint you but I have nothing to hide.

Incidentally, my friends did not buy into this stock and I thank God everyday they didn't. In the future I will not share with anyone information on any stock I am invested in; I would not want to feel the pain of their loss should I be wrong again.

Frank, you seem to relish throwing my mistakes up to me for whatever reason. That is okay, I consider the source as do most other readers of your posts and move on. However, in the future please do me the courtesy of getting your facts straight.

Dusty
