Art, I like your numbers better. (G) We should actually be showing the 200 million on our books because we will own 51% of the JV with TWC as I understand things but it's my understanding that only 51 million of that will be ours, hence the 151 million number I used. Since you seem to like working the number too, consider this. The 100 million for the JV with TWC is just with one contract. There are a few others being looked at that are also worth about 100 million each as well..resharpen that pencil again. (G) James
