First, I hope there is no law suit. It's going to be distractive and counter productive to all shareholders. The only one would benefit in that case will be the lawers.

But at the same time, I think Peter went too far and did give people some excuse for argument. Hopefully he has learned a lesson and will improve his management ability as a CEO of a publicly traded company and that of his team.

By the way, Jim Douglas is from Medaphis, right ? I seem to remeber what happened to Medaphis a couple of years ago is very similar to what's happening to CKFR now .... probably Douglas has brought the same bad stuff from Medaphis to CKFR and is the one to blame now, and he probably should be fired if that's the case !!!!

August, Obviously hindsight is best, but in all honesty Pete's forecast influenced my decision to sell the puts that I did. I am holding on for now but will have to reassess after the price stabilizes. FWIW I will never invest such a high % of my diminished portfolio in one stock again. rod
