Your example would indicate the company selling for $50 mil ($2 x 1x revenues)ie 50 mil sale price divided by 25 mil shares = $2. Shouldn't it be 150/25 = $6 for the 1x rev's @ 25 mil shares? 150/35= $4.3 second half seems correct. Am I missing something?
