This is definitely step in the right direction and it should be appreciated by Datek customers. However, that's just one small step for man, not one giant leap for Datek.

This information your customers should get at 10 AM, Aug 11, from cust . serv./trad. dep., not 27 hours later from SI.

Explanation could be more complete.

Some Datek customers lost money because of this "unfortunate issue". Would you decide to accept full responsibility, you should go much farther.
