DJ, Yet another area where MU is nowhere. However, I think they may be right to save their scarce cash instead of making a big Embedded DRAM investment. So far, the yields have been horrible. If you take DRAM with 70 pct. yields and logic chips with 80 pct. yields, your net yield on the embedded chip approaches something like 56 pct. That is even worse than MU 64 Mbit SDRAM. -g- It will happen and it will be a big product, but the growth rate these guys quote is spectacular due to the pygmy status of the base. -g- MB
