Hi Mike. Notice that the homepage states Outstanding shares. Outstanding shares are shares that trade on the market! They donot include "options or warrants" or any other "promissories"(escrow, restricted etc.etc.). So you have got the easy part. So the question still remains

How many shares "fully dilluted"? (Full dillution (FD)is complete share liability for the company) I know of one stock reporting Outstanding Shares (OS)as 17,000,000 but its FD is 33,500,000. Which when doing DD affects your appreciation of its "true market capitalization"!!

The "float" is the actual shares that make it to market and are all of these items minus insider held shares. So the company may have 33,500,000 fully diluted, 17,000,000 OS and 4,500,000 on the "float"
( just info for those that didn't know, I know you understand this Mike)
