Just to be picky, lady, the "float" is not 12 million, but fully diluted shares are at least 12 million. In fact they are at least 12.5 million, and probably north of 13 million (which means the factor is around .25). But we really don't know until someone calls up TSQD. I saw about 5.7 million options grants in the 10K, but some of those are not exercisable now (but are easily in the money). If all of those options were counted in fd shares, there would be about 16 million shares for TSQD. That would bring the factor down to .2. That's a worse case scenario, but needs to be considered.
