Tippet; Nothing fantastic today, But a nice close,
up volume is broad based and showing very solid internal improvement. The odds that we have put in a bottom are looking better, and that can mean more than a fantastic rally.

Flow is finding it's way in and
it's adjusting it's way down stream some, like the 3rd tier from
the top is making the better gains today, and doing so on it's
own, at least not at the expense of the Top 50.
I hate to say it as much manipulation I normally seem to see,
but damm if the market don't look like it's healing itself some from
the top heavy position that was so prominent.
( ever so slowly )

The bulls had it on the open, and held ground most of the day
till 2pm, then a weak rush from the bears till 3pm, but since
then the bulls have taken it back with a gentle but moderate
push to the upside.

The other day when CNBC was touting the Yen was causing the down
tick I didn't have the time to unmask them, and say hog wash,
it's more to do with Russia and Indonesia than the YEN, but
I think someone has wised them up by now.
