A direct response to inquiries could expose the company and the individual to adverse SEC rulings.

You may want to consider this a red flag.

Good reporting Freddie!

>>Sukey: "Continued communication with the investing public will now be directed to persons which can be specifically identified by our stock transfer agent or to the investing community as a whole."<<

I guess that means there is no need to call. They are not answering investor's questions. You did get a response though. No change really. When did we ever get REAL answers.

Now lets try to read between the lines since that's all we can do with this bone:

>>Sukey:"We understand your concerns and are addressing many of the issues you have identified"<<

Hmmmm...obviously they are not addressing these concerns with shareholders or the public. I wonder to whom? Was this a slip? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......

>>Sukey:"Firamada Inc. continues to strive towards its mission with hope to achieve its goal through the success of our business dealings and with the cooperation of our employees and shareholders.""<<

Look closely: "with hope". Now that sentence could have expressed the same goal without those two words. If this company needs HOPE to achieve their goals, they don't have a prayer. It's either a poor or accurate choice of words. And when did they ever require shareholder cooperation? Now that's funny. They can screw shareholders, and all we can do is be cooperative. Sounds like Mark. <ggg>

Firamada management is hoping like the rest of us. Nothing like taking the bull by the horns. Seems a bit gloomy to me. But maybe I'm over reacting, as usual.
