IBC-International Business company... For US$1000-$2000 you can have one set up tomorrow in the Caymans, Bermuda, etc... Its essentially the same as a corporation based in a different country... Most Tax haven jurisdictions have the complete infrastructure to set up, mainatain and run an IBC. Completely legal for any US citizen to be a principal in a foreign corporation... ~Scott
