I just talked to Mountain Energy on the phone, she said, that their lawyers were in discussion with the SEC and they hadn't heard any word yet. She indicated they would post a PR "on the wire" as soon as they know anything. I asked her if they expected it would be sometime before trading commenced. She said they had no idea, could be tomorrow , could be later. She sounded more like the person assigned to keep the investors at bay, didn't really know a lot, but at least its a start I guess. I'll hold her to her PR promise :))) LT
