David, thank you for your candor. You are in a dangerous position. Presumably you already lost %50 from the high. Expect more losses if you hold. Copyied from yahoo # 4791 by dreadnaughty. It echos my sentiments exactly: "Take two sleazy Vancouver Stock Exchange promoters, add a couple of retired but legitimate-looking executives in over- their -heads, stir some second- tier NASDAQ brokers, sprinkle with lots of naive German investors enamoured with all things American-finance, throw in a regurgitated "green" technology, spice with lots of newly created paper to "grease" , allow to rise, enjoy before it goes stale. This one is a Fraud David. Pure and simple. MB
