Didn't NVLS proclaim the AMAT suit also meaningless. I wouldn't put in the "nuisance" category so quickly. Yes, I am a shareholder of SMTL, but I am also quite aware of negotiations that took place last year re a buyout. Patent claims and their interpretation arethe subject of both a judge (literal interpretation) and jury (doctrine of equivalents). I will try and review the patents in the next day or so, and I can exchange my thoughts with someone having insight on the Sabre Tool so we can come to our own conclusion. Having said this, don't be surprised if there is (a) a cash settlement; or (b) maybe a buyout again.
