As far as the Santiago properites go, I believe MDIN owns 80%, vender owns 20%. Cost was $24 Million. MDIN had to make an initial downpayment.(It may account forthe misssing 6 or 7 million restricted shares ). I do not know the time period of payback on the balance. I was told that MDIN was planning on paying for it from money that make from production.(Yes, I believe production has already started on the placer properties)

As far as the Andiacollo properties-I am hoping that issue is mute.
