I do not know anything about closing the Korean offices, but I do know that Korea is out of the picture for at least the next two years. They have student problems, labor problems, political problems and NO MONEY. Their products are coming up short in terms of quality, no one trust them, and no one is going to bail them out. This was probably a much smarter move than you are giving the management credit for, and I for one am not a believer in the current management. I hope they fire the whole bunch, the shareholders have been mislead for the past two years. If they are fired for cause the poison pill means nothing.
