British Telecom and NationsBank have signed on as customers, and the United Parcel Service is marketing them to its 1.5 million customers as part of a new online program called OnLine dossier. Next year, Microsoft is set to market VeriSign IDs with its windows NT 5.0 server. Verisign should sell 8 million to 10 million ID's by 2000, generating revenue of $23.4 million in 1998 and $53 million in 1999.
