AN APOLOGY FROM THE YAHOO OZON THREAD:
_____________________________________________________________________

Seems like I stirred up a bit of a hornets nest over at Cyclopss. My friend Ben Wofford just called and
told me over voice mail that I had "twisted" the facts and that I should set things right.

This I shall do and follow some wise advice I have received. "stay off this thread." I am sorry for any
trouble I caused anyone at Cyclopss. I just wanted to let some of you investors know what I had heard.
Big mistake, I regret ever getting on this thread and sharing what I knew. It has gained me nothing and
perhaps lost a very dear friend. I am "eating crow" as it were to set things as straight as I can. I am a sales
tech in the laundry industry not a businessman and perhaps this will teach me to keep my thoughts to
myself.

My comment on the 18k was only to show what I thought was a bad business decision. It was in no wise
to imply any thing was done against the law. It was not. It was just an unfortunate decision that was not
cost effective. Many of these decisions happen throughout all of our business endeavors.

Cyclopss is involved far more broadly in other ozone arenas than just laundry ozone applications. I wish
them well and can only hope that the comments I made will be viewed from the perspective of a friend that
was upset over another friends losing a job. It is my opinion that Ben Wofford played a key role in the
ozone end of things. I was bitter over the manner he was fired. Yes, I did think Bill Stoddard should have
done it. However, chain of command is there for a reason.

My perspective from a laundry side of things is that Ozone in laundry does in fact work. It does have a
place in the industry. However, it is extremely costly and must be monitored daily. If the equipment is
maintained daily and the proper formulation is applied, it will do what Cyclopss and other ozone
companies state it will do.

I wish all of you well in your investments.
