1) Market cap relative to fundamentals was (and still is) insane.

2) Sleazy background of executives.

3) "Miracle" automotive technologies tend to have rabid cult followings and crooked promoters - usually the same type of people who fall for other type of pseudoscience frauds such as Y2K, "free energy" machines, Mexican erection pills (Vasomax), etc.

4) Numerous ambiguous press releases.

5) Business relationships with clients in other countries which seem to have odd financial structures - and a distinct lack of domestic business (see Copytele - symbol:COPY).
