PeakSoft was then approved to trade on the OTC-BB on March 18, 1998 under the symbol PEAFF. On April 17, 1998 the company's listing was halted as a result of new requirements of the OTC-BB to meet more stringent reporting standards instituted by the SEC effective April 1, 1998.
