Another thought, as Henry sheds CUC, CD stock will appear more and more like HFS, the old company.

HFS stock price was 74, it's nice to wish !!!!!!!!

Remember that it is not a straight 13% return but rather a fixed amount per share. As the share price goes up the return goes down.
