We have just called Robert Solarchik of LBI Group.(800) 913-9767 who handles
the news releases for ARET and were informed he is still waiting for the FAX
from ARET
so the news may be delayed. He did say if he recieves the fax today he would
probably wait till tomorrow to release it !

I understand there have been quite a few complaints but nothing has happened so far. No doubt he will go too far at some point and they will have no choice.
