Theres a hold on most of the shares. According to the 10QSB from 3/31/98, EX-10.4, para 15, 600,000 shares get registered and are phased into free trading status over the course of one year. 4.2 million are restricted under rule 144. (These being pre-split shares).

However, a large holder with a margin call makes a lot of sense under recent circumstances. Since nothing adverse happened to this project, I can't think of any reason someone connected to it would sell.

Thank you much,
-Tony

Amanda, I was surfing my usual financial pages and I noticed Westegaard Broadcasting Network was featuring WLFND.

They sure are positive on Wolf. What are your comments?
