MDCE's partnership with Magellin could be, and is being planned, to be a lot more than just a three movie deal, as I understand it they are also working a deal on a mini series that could turn out to be a full blown weekly series on TV. This will have to be started soon, as it is planned for the fall. If that isn't enough there is also work being done on two other movie ventures and these would be involving two of the biggest players in Hollywood. Talking with Bob Torres a few moments ago, we discussed some early estimates on the return in the making the James Garner Movie "Tuesdays Letter" which should, let's just say, be quite nice, even with minimal projections. Remember this is only one of three big name movies that MDCE has already planned to do with Megellin. The others star Drew Barrymoore and Nick Nolte. We should see a newsletter tomorrow about Magellin, if all goes well. The Magellin thing is a done deal at this time as I understand it. Well that makes a total of 5 movies, a mini series, and a possible TV series in the works right now, Three of which are should be confirmed soon . It's like I said a few posts back this Magellin partnership could be something that puts us "over the top". In talking with Bob about the financials I asked if they were still on target for release of the 97 10k by the end of August and he said yes they are, and that the 10Q's would follow right behind. If everything goes as planned they will be fully reporting by the end of the year. The goal for them is to get on the main board as NASDAQ small cap, as soon as possible. This will be great for us when this happens. There is a lot going on behind the scenes at MDCE right now, for the future, we may have taken a little beating in the past but the big payoffs are just over the horizon now. I am getting more confident everyday that I made the right decision to get into this stock and hold on, the more I wait the better I feel that all of my DD and time spent on this, is going to payoff BIG!!! Is there more? Of course. :) Jeff
