How do you know the 452,000 wasnt a buy?? A 452,000 share sell would walk the bid down, big-time. A BUY limit order for 452,000k at the bid gets filled many times when your talking that kind of block.

Who knows for sure but it could be a shake out ! The block for 450K + could of been between MM's or someone with a margin call or someone who wanted the $ to buy something else ! The story has not changed if a 1/10th of a cent worries anyone CD's may be the place to put your $ !
