Your items 2 and 3 are the same month! IMO you should set your timetable at least a month earlier. I find it also likely that one or more OEM's are very close issuing purchase orders. Lev mentioned that production quantities and timetables were already being discussed with more than one customer.

I would revise your timetable as follows:
1) batteries off the NI lines within
the next week or two.
2) quarantine and test in house for 1 mo.
3) ship additional batteries to oems for testing.
4) representative test batteries from Henderson have already been in the hands of OEM's for several weeks. As I understand it, a few days testing of the NI samples should show near-identical results.

Will post more thoughts later.
