Long,

There are a number of possibilities for the behavior of the PC stocks.

We may be in the midst of sector rotations. Cash flows into different sectors and then flows back out.

Notice the trading volume is reduced below average today. This often happens before a run up. Most of the nervous sellers have by now been scared out of their positions. If you are really scared you dump your position or hedge it.

Does it not upset you a little to see the high flying internet stocks get so much attention in spite that most of them earn little or no money.
It seems that stocks like Dell, intel and Microsoft are taking a back seat to the craze for internet stocks. You would think that the Nasdaq being up over 30 points that we would have had a little recovery in yesterday's last minute sell of with Dell. I think that there may be many who feel that Dell might disappoint the analyst consensus when it reports its quarterly earnings in a few days.

Best Regards
Frank
