To be fair--not that being fair to Ed Kelly is high on my list of priorities--if you go WAY upthread you'll find plenty of testimonials from people who've tasted the fries. I no longer remember who they were. Maybe they died shortly afterwards.

They did say they were good, though.

Well it sounds like I am of a slightly different opinion than people on this thread. I, like yourselves have doubts about the company, but I do like the machine.
Two summers ago, WOW has it been that long!?, I went to Blue Bell and visited Tasty Fries to see the machine. I saw the machine operating with the door open, so I was able to see the mechanics and was impressed. I bit flimsy but not bad for a prototype. Secondly I tasted the fries, and let my kids try them. They tasted good and looked good. This is when I bought in @ $0.25. That's about what $5 now?
I just can't understand the delays. Maybe time for another trip....
