$258,000 should be enough to throw a Christmas party at Fairmile. Give me a break! This company is an absolute joke.

Graham, Fairmile has not struck out in trying to find a joint-venture partner. Discussions and property evaluations continue by a number of interested seniors. However, there are plain and simply few deals being cut at this time due to the decimated gold price. I can assure you that the level of interest remains high; however, even the senior gold companies are scaling back on new exploration and development projects.

Of the funds raised in the planned private placement, approximately 90% will be allocated for drilling costs and property expenditures. The planned drill program will be directed at Target L, which lies just west of the A/B/O Complex (where most of the 600,000 ounce resource is hosted). Any significant mineralization identified here could significantly enhance the resource on A/B/O and add to the existing resource.
