Today was an excellent day. We were unable to break $30, however, and the reason being is that 1) There were very few purchases at $30, and 2) There is incredible size at $30 (which is probably scaring most buyers off).

Quite a few market makers are holding positions in the tens of thousands range, so it's going to take a strong push to get COMS over $30. If we open up significantly above $30 tomorrow (say a half a point or above), however, $30 should be done with. If we open up below $30, it's going to take some serious buying.

So everyone best get their checkbooks out just in case...<g>
