Hi James, Whoa!!!! Seems this board is heading in the wrong direction again. The BRAINPOWER collectively on this board is staggering. It is a shame ALL the people on this thread do not realize this. IMO everything that is posted on this thread should be read and digested. It all gives insight to the total picture. Geeze, maybe you all should call yourselves the DCTC BRAINTRUST. <smile> I think you should all be thanking one another for all the questions that are posted and all the opinions and answers that are given, instead of jumping on one another. But heck I guess that is just another opinion. Come on DCTC BRAINTRUST keep posting and keep asking questions and coming up with opinions and actual numbers. This is the way we ALL LEARN and make informed decisions. Thanks to all those out there for their posts and DD. Toni
