I2: Using the "Sign of the Bear", the OSX and the DJT are in bear markets, The DJI, OEX, SPX, and NDX have not yet given signals. If the DJI goes to about 8900 or more on a rally without hitting a new high and then goes to new lows, the DJI will have given its signal. I would expect the OEX, SPX and NDX to follow the DJI for the most part.

Whether any of this actually works out, who knows.
