Anybody want to talk about this: "During July 1998, 125,000 shares of Series A Preferred stock were converted into 1,250,000 shares of common stock." or this: "During June 1998, 30,000 shares of Series A preferred stock including accrued dividends were converted into 309,789 shares of common stock." Any takers? Or are we just going to talk about snails all day!
