Court Case Information on the Midland, Inc v. Fisher, etc... The case is titled: Midland, Inc. v. ArconEnergy, St. Andrews, Inc., Daniel W. Fisher dba Morgan Guaranty, Ltd. Case Number 98-CV-1495 in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. The only pleadings filed have been the original Complaint. The attorney for Midland is R. Nicholas Palmer tel. No. (303)292-2992 You might want to ask Mr. Palmer if he represents the Liquidating Trust, and if so, request a copy of the pleadings from that case. I am guessing, St. Andrews, Inc. must be an affiliate of Mr. Fisher. It will most likely cost somewhere between $50 to $100 dollars for the information; perhaps less, not sure. Call the District Court Clerk in the Federal Court. The number is (303) 844-3433. This person will not send the Complaint to you. You should ask for the phone number of a copy service that copies court documents. When you call the copy service, you may also want them to make copies of the Complaint Pierce's SEC case, which is Case Number 98-CV-1295. Ask them if they can also obtain copies of state district court cases.
