Service start delay due to Zenit failure would depend on which Zenit failed; if the first one fails, my guess is six months for Zenit failure recover and/or lining up other LVs; if the third, practically zero months, because G* can provide service with 12 fewer sat's than the full constellation. If middle Zenit blows, delay may be 3-6 months. Just MHO.

Regards,

RS

No idea Doug on the extent of delay. I would guess less than 6 months, maybe as little as 2. That guess uses all kinds of assumptions. Realize that in our present scenario, the limiting factor will be QCOM's timely delivery of functional gateways, software, and handsets. A delay in sats would push back QCOM's ability to test the system. Bottom line--I am not sure!
