Mr. Talon, who resides in Montreal Quebec, has had extensive financial experience in the banking industry. While employed with the Scotia Bank Mr. Talon was appointed to their international division as Canadian Administrator to Belgium and acted on the banks' behalf, which was a member of Brussels Stock Exchange. Mr. Talon held the position of General Manager of Canadian Financial Recovery, a collection company, and President /CEO of Le Group Domicile 2000, a developer and financier of residential housing. Recently, Mr. Talon served as Chief Executive Officer for an integrated internet service company, which employed approximately 40 people, focusing on the development of computer software for internet related applications. A publicly listed Corporation has now acquired the company. Mr. Talon is currently President and CEO of CMI Capital, a company specializing in communications and investor relations.
