intc would drop to 70 if they purchased coms. i am trying to imagine the combo. maybe eric can sell andy usrx part for 8b of intc stock?

Even though I currently don't see the fit, I don't understand this gentlemen's logic. The ONLY reason I see COM$ attractive to INTC is to be the #1 market share leader in NIC's. Isn't that INTC's guiding philosophy, to be #1 in all their market segments?!

Just my opinion of course.
