Mr. Zaxbowow, AMZN will certainly crash if it continues to operate in the red and continues to disappoint it's controllers. However, many have predicted it's demise for many months, quarters, etc. It hasn't happened yet and it probably won't happen anytime soon. The market, and the supposed controllers, have given Bezos and company a license to burn cash to see where this largely untested business model will go. It could crash and burn, and leave everyone involved with toilet paper. It could also succeed (is 5 years is a reasonable amount of time to build an empire?) to become the primary book/video/music facilitator of the Internet. Acquisitions with it's over-valued stock will also serve as currency for additional transactions. CD-Now could probably be gobbled up with a bushel of AMZN stock and they'd buy a chunk of audience and name recognition.

Checkfree's revenue growth over the last 5 quarters has averaged well below 10% per qtr. and been negative at times. AMZNs number have been a little different.

$24 is a Strong Buy and $14 is only a Buy???

I'm sorry, but I SOLD (Tuesday) @ 24 and I bought (Wednesday) @13 1/6
Does anyone ever listen to the analists???

I know very little about investing/trading, but I can figure this much out on my own. Like trying to compare values of AMZN and CKFR. One is going up while the other is going down. One makes profits and the other doesnt. One's a momo stock and the other isn't. I could go on about the differences forever. And, everybody knows which is which.
All of this is from a very unknowledgable trader and IMO.
