Tom, Haven't had the chance to review the entire document. The Lexar suit is mentioned with proceedings to begin this month. Third quarter royalties are again projected in the $8 million dollar range which will bring the total to approximately $24 million for the first three quarters of 1998. That is encouraging given the lagging sales of the CF market in general and the fact that MMC revenues and royalties will be additive in 1999 and 2000. Does anybody know if any form 4's were filed on the 10th with the SEC? I am curious whether management is buying with the stock price being so depressed. Ausdauer
