As expected, your response was excellent. Thanks for you opinion which I dearly value.

I, too, think it might go down more, but I don't know what level to short it at. I found this on it, hoping it would help us:

>> IN BRIEF: ADOBE BLEEDS BAD
NEWS

By Red Herring Online Staff

Adobe Systems' (ADBE) stock was down 13 percent in late
trading on Wednesday, as investors reeled after a spate of
bad news from the company .

On Tuesday, Adobe warned that third-quarter revenues will
fall short of expectations. Also, the company announced
that its chief financial officer and two other top execs have
resigned, and further announced that it will fire 10 percent
of its staff.

The stock was trading below 27 late Tuesday, down nearly
4 after recovering from a 20 percent drop earlier.

Adobe says revenues, to be reported in late September, will
be between $220 million and $225 million in the third
quarter, compared to $230 million last year. The company
said it expects a break-even quarter, and possibly a loss if
one-time charges are included. Analysts expected profits of
$0.52 per share. Adobe officials said slumping demand in
Asia contributed to the problems. The company has also
been slow to release new versions of its Illustrator and
PageMaker programs. <<

Does this look like a good short-term short?? or long??
I am thinking more of a short for now, then flip on it later :)

Thanx for your response :)
