Richard,

Many of the people like Tim have come to these threads and been skeptics. that is a very good thing and has been very educational for me and then their are others who work to tear down these companies for their own reasons, all of which I think would wind up being dishonorable reasons. The latter are easy to spot. I see no reason for skepticism to exist at all. Science is the proving of facts and is not open really open for debate. Theories, postulates and hypothesis are open for debate. These companies are dealing with science which should be readily explainable. The only reason that I can see for not explaining the science is that it aids the competition in their quest for the answers but the down side to no explanation is that investors that will invest in faith get harder to find which opens up the door to those with the agenda of taking the company down. Thus we run in circles chasing our tails.

Richard: I've heard all the one-liners already about how great the recovery process is supposed to be...the recovery process is proprietary, I can't discuss it, it can't be disclosed, I can't comment, people have to sign non-disclosure firms first, the recovery process works, it's a real breakthrough, Hewlett's done all this work, you heard what Kilborn said, we don't talk about the recovery process, etc.

IMO, all this talk about proprietary recovery process sounds more like wanting to keep it secret because if people knew what it was, everyone would determine it doesn't work, so we'll keep it a secret and hype the stock that way. But anyone who seriously wants to find out how the recovery process works can find out. Hell, if CIA cannot keep secrets, what makes the company think it can? We already know what leachant is used (and a lot of people in the biz question whether it's practical to use) and the so-called breakthrough is merely how you apply it to the ore. Secrecy is designed more to protect the stock price from going to zero than to help the stock price increase, IMO.
