Wexler, You are dead wrong about fraud here. I don't care either what dave stewart said; unless he was paid by cybg management and they did not disclose it that is irrelevant. And you must realize that any press release this company puts out is so close to being unintelligible that even if there were an intent to defraud investors -- WHICH YOU KNOW WELL THERE IS NOT -- no one could prove it.
So whatever they say about their relationship with msft is not fraudalent either unless the information is not factual, is purposefully misleading, or fails to include facts the exclusion of which casues the release to be misleading. But there is a much more involved link between msft and cybg than you would be willing to admit. I personally love playing the short side and find it easy (except for the squeeze factor) to short frauds, but you are absolutely barking up the wrong tree here.

I admire your ability to pick stocks and read charts, but in this case, when you scream fraud, I think you know it is bs and I think you also know better and understand the consequences.
