Wow! No wonder he's so famous. <g> Most social institutions work on the basis of mass psychology. For instance, one of Russia's biggest problems is the lack of the 'rule of law'. And that state exists to a large degree because no one trusts the rule of law and thus, indeed, they shouldn't trust it. Not only is it mass psychology, but it is a feedback loop.
